I was serviced by another local, well known company that told me my furnace system needed to be replaced due to rust forming within the heat exchange. They showed me pictures, which I now believe were that of another furnace, not mine, as to the vast amount of rust that could lead to carbon monoxide poisoning. I contacted Infinity to request a second opinion and estimate as I've used them in the past and have always been very happy. When John arrived, he actually showed me the inside of the furnace by opening it up and allowing me to view directly there was no rust to be be concerned with. He not only relieved my anxiety but did not charge me for his time spent. This company's honesty and integrity is beyond measure!

He showed up on time and quickly fixed our issue and our A/C was back up and running by the time he left. John is certainly someone you can trust to do a great job with excellent service.
